Felipe Arzayus Domínguez, Esq.

Felipe Arzayus Dominguez

Co-founder

Felipe’s legal career began when he graduated at the top of his class in law school, demonstrating an exceptional grasp of the law and legal strategy. He started his practice of law at a prestigious national insurance defense firm, representing major insurance carriers against personal injury claims. Recognizing that the best way to defeat insurance companies is to master their tactics from the inside, Felipe intentionally built his early career in defense to learn exactly how national insurers evaluate, delay, and minimize payouts.

After mastering the defense playbook, Felipe switched sides to bring that insider experience directly to injured victims in his own community. He joined a premier plaintiff’s trial firm, where he gained extensive experience litigating complex car accidents, premises liability claims, and severe construction site accidents.

As a proud Latino attorney, Felipe co-founded Arzayus Montesdeoca Law, PLLC to challenge a frustrating reality: non-Spanish-speaking lawyers taking on Latino clients and delegating all communication to non-attorney support staff. He created the firm so clients can speak directly with the lawyer handling their case—ensuring zero translation barriers, complete transparency, and uncompromised representation from start to finish.

Unlike attorneys who take quick, low-ball settlements to avoid court, Felipe prepares every case with the expectation of taking it to a jury. He is a true litigator who understands that real leverage comes from complete courtroom readiness. "If you don't know how the insurance company thinks from the inside, you're always fighting at a disadvantage. We turn their own playbook against them to make sure our community gets every dollar they deserve."

Stephanie Montesdeoca, Esq.

Stephanie Montesdeoca

Co-founder

Stephanie’s legal career began at a prestigious defense firm, where she defended premises liability cases and gained deep insight into how property owners and insurance carriers defend against injury claims. Armed with that defense-side experience, she transitioned to representing plaintiffs, joining a premier injury firm where she focused intensely on motor vehicle collisions and developed into a true car accident specialist.

Through years of litigating complex crashes and premises claims, Stephanie mastered the art of building undeniable liability and forcing insurance carriers to cave and pay top dollar. She knows exactly which leverage points make insurance adjusters drop their low-ball tactics and payout full case value before a claim ever hits a deadlock.

As a proud Latina attorney, Stephanie co-founded Arzayus Montesdeoca Law, PLLC to fix a major issue in personal injury law: firms taking on Spanish-speaking clients despite the lawyers not speaking Spanish themselves. She built the firm so clients communicate directly with the attorney fighting for them, eliminating the need for translators and ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.

Unlike attorneys who settle early out of convenience, Stephanie approaches every claim with relentless preparation and an unyielding commitment to her clients' recovery. She understands that securing maximum compensation requires an attorney who knows how to apply maximum pressure. "Insurance companies rely on delay tactics and language barriers to wear injured people down. We strip away those advantages, speak directly with our clients, and force the defense to pay what the case is actually worth. Period."
